The purpose of this non-profit
organization is to preserve the art of basketry by providing a place for
adult weavers to share different techniques and experiences in basketry.
The Lake Country Basket Guild (LCBG) values the diversity of all
thoughts, and provides programs and services for the celebration and
continued sharing of the art of basketry. We are committed to providing
activities that are non-discriminatory and equitable for participants.
Monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at Galilee
Lutheran Church in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
The quarterly newsletter (Newsweave) is published in January, April,
July, and October.
